Our firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil matters at the trial and appellate levels in state, tribal and federal courts, as well as administrative proceedings before various agencies. Unlike many firms with a general business litigation practice, the Firm's litigation attorneys have extensive trial experience before both judges and juries. Much of the litigation handled by the firm is business and insurance defense related. Additionally, our civil practice includes representation in the following matters: employment, construction litigation, real estate, divorce and family law. It is our goal to achieve the best possible litigation results with consideration to completing matters in a cost effective manner to our clients.
