Cases with an “F” under Payment Advices and/or Tax Returns Verified indicate that the Debtor has failed to provide the documents or has not provided all the information required. In cases where documents are not provided in accordance with Sec. 521 of the Bankruptcy code and the Court's administrative order 2005-7, the Sec. 341 meeting may be delayed until later in the day, or rescheduled, at the Trustee’s discretion (regardless of what you have with you at that time).
